7 foods with probiotics

foods with probiotics

Many of us are not aware of the benefits of probiotic foods. I was one who until recently had no idea what the term actually meant exactly but that it was an important food type we should be eating regularly.

Probiotics are essentially good bacteria that our gut needs to absorb the nutrients from the food we eat and greatly assists our immune system.

With the increased demands on the agricultural industry they have introduced dangerous practises which have reduced the probiotic levels in many foods to minimal levels.

This has brought about many gut issues that we face today which weren't on our radar many years ago.

Adding foods high in probiotics will also have the added benefits of reducing eczema and prsoriasis, increased immune system allowing for reduced colds and flu. Increase energy levels, improve digestion which would lead to weight loss.
